Per DLD: companies licensed for property management, individual owners managing their own property, and representatives with a legal POA to manage the property.
DLD's service pages name 'Real Estate Services Trustee Centres', not typing centres. Some secondary sources (Gulf News 2021) refer to 'Ejari-approved typing centres'; use a DLD-listed Trustee Centre.
At a Trustee Centre the applicant must be the tenant or their POA holder, with the landlord being the owner or their POA holder. In the app, both parties must be individuals.
