Leases: Dubai Land Department Ejari rent contracts, residential, one unit per contract, dated by start date, January 2024 to 15 Oct 2026. Oct 2026 is part of a month. "Conflict starts" marks 28 February 2026; a date on a chart does not show a cause.
Monthly medians by home type, January 2019 to December 2023, are from the same Ejari records; we hold the individual leases from January 2024. We hold no leases before 2019, so the line starts there.
What the line includes. The rent written on the lease for one year. Agent fees, deposits, DEWA, chiller and service charges are not in it. Nothing is adjusted for inflation.
